Alcohol restriction: 21 and older can legally consume alcohol

Tobacco restriction: 18 and older can legally smoke tobacco

One restriction for alcohol is that you have to be legally 21 to buy and drink it. One restriction for tobacco is that you have to be 18 to buy and use it.
