[tex]\bf (\stackrel{x_1}{1}~,~\stackrel{y_1}{4})\qquad \qquad \qquad % slope = m slope = m\implies -10 \\\\\\ % point-slope intercept \stackrel{\textit{point-slope form}}{y- y_1= m(x- x_1)}\implies y-4=-10(x-1)[/tex]

point slope form:

y - y1 = m(x - x1)

given m = -10 and coordinate point (1.4)

so point slope equation form:

y - 4 = -10(x - 1)

Answer is C.

y - 4 = -10(x - 1)
