1. Add 4 to both sides of the equation.

[tex]\frac{5}{6}x-4+4=-2+4[/tex]

[tex]\frac{5}{6}x=2[/tex]

2. Multiply 6/5.

[tex]\frac{6}{5} * \frac{5}{6}x = \frac{6}{5} * 2[/tex]

x=[tex]\frac{12}{5}[/tex]
