Assuming that you are solving for X:

(-10.3)(2)x = 4(-10.3)(2) * 4 – 41.2 * 2 – 20.6

(-10.3)(2)x/(-10.3)(2) = 4(-10.3)(2) * 4 – 41.2 * 2 – 20.6/(-10.3)(2)

x = 4 * 4 – 41.2 * 2 – 20.6

x = 16 - 82.4 – 20.6

x = 87
