Cu(NO3)2(aq) + 2NaOH(aq) --> Cu(OH)2(s) + 2NaNO3(aq)

All of the numbers would be subscripts correlating the amount of atoms.

The solid formed would be the precipitate because it is insoluble in water whereas the aqueous solutions are able to be dissolved in water.
