2(3x-4) + (x+11)+5
You would multiply 3x by 2 and -4 by 2.
(6x-8) + (x+11)+5
Add the x to the 6x
(7x-8)+11+5
Add the -8, 11, and 5 together
7x+8
If there is a value for x just substitute it
