-133=7(1+5m)

Multiple the bracket by 7

-133=7(1)+7(5m)

-133=7+35m

Move +7 to the other side. Sign changes from +7 to -7.

-133-7=7-7+35m

-140=35m

Divide by 35

-140/35=35/35m

m=-4

Answer: m=-4
