Answer:

y-y/x-x

1--1/3-4

1+1/3-4

2/-1

= -2

then you plug in with any one of the points

y=mx+b

1= -2(3) + b

1 = -6 + b

b = 1+6

b = 7

so the equation is: y = -2x+7
