It would seem unlikely for it two be #1 because since there are multiple authors, having them all die at once seems a bit unlikely. While I was reading Macbeth, the topic of different authors came up. And the book took note on areas not written by Shakespeare. If the notes are definite which they are, then there has to be clear indication that the writing is different.
