The energy produced during cellular respiration used for different processes and activities such as movement of muscles. The energy produced during respiration is adenine tri phosphate (ATP). When energy is needed in the body, the body decompose ATP molecule into ADP and phosphate. This phosphate is used as energy. When we eat food this ADP is again converted into ATP by the addition of phosphate.
