Given P(A) = 0.6, P(B) = 0.45 and P(AorB) = 0.66 , find the value of P(A and B) , rounding to the nearest thousandth, if necessary .

Answer:

P(A and B) = P(A) + P(B) - P(A or B)

                 = 0.6 + 0.45 - 0.66

                 = 0.39
