You are laid back and easy to get along with, but maybe not the best for an interview because it shows less effort in the job from the start. I’d suggest something more formal.
It kinda depends but it gives the first impression that your not putting effort how interested you are in the job. Making the person interviewing you, not want to be interested in hiring you. Meaning your less formal and not professional.
