| 2x + 6| - 4 = 20 has two absolute values
solution 1
2x + 6 - 4 = 20 --> 2x + 2 = 20 --> 2x = 18 --> x = 9
2 (9) + 6 - 4 = 24- 4 = 20 ✔
solution 2
2x - 6 - 4 = 20 --> 2x - 10 = 20 --> 2x = 10 --> x = 5
2 (5) - 6 - 4 = 10- 10 = 0
