I THINK THE PEOPLE SETTLED IN THE SACRAMENTO AND SAN JOAQUIN VALLEYS RATHER THAN IN OTHER AREAS BECAUSE OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
- THE AREA WAS FERTILE THAT ATTRACTED THE PEOPLE TO GO AND SETTLE THERE
- THERE WAS ALSO AVAILABILITY OF ENOUGH WILD FRITS IN THAT AREA THAN OTHER AREAS
- THE AVAILABILITY OF ENOUGH LAND
