Molar mass:

Cl = 35.45 g/mol

CaCl2 = 110.984 g/mol

CaCl2 = Ca + 2 Cl

110.984 g ------------------- 2 x 35.45 g
195 g ----------------------- ?? ( mass of Cl )

195 x 2 x 35.45 / 110.984 =

13825.5 / 110.984 => 124.57 g of Cl

hope this helps!
