20 would be the nearest whole number as 0.05 is less than 0.5, meaning it should be rounded down. As it is a WHOLE number, there shouldn't be a decimal. 0.5 to the nearest whole number would round up to 1 (5 rounds up). 10.2 would round down to 10 as 0.2 is less than 0.5.
