y= 3/5x+1. remember RISE OVER RUN from algebra? the formula is y=mx+b. b is the y intercept, where the line in the graph touches the y axis. your teacher has made it easy and plotted 3 points on the graph. pick any two. it went up 3 times, and to the right 5 times. also, it is a positive slope because from left to right, it goes UP. i hope i helped!! :)
