B=-9

The reason is s because if you draw a number line so start from zero then go to -9 but when you subtract negative numbers you change the subtraction sight to a addition sign and change the 7 to -7 because of kcc k̲̅eep it c̲̅hange it c̲̅hange it. Then you have -9+ -7= -16
