Find the equation of a line that passes through the points (5,3) and (2,3)

Find slope first

(3-3)           0
-------   =  --------  =  0
(2-5)          -3


Now use point slope form 

(y-y1) = m(x-x1)
(y-3) = 0(x-5)
y-3=0

y = 3 is your equation
