Which equation would help determine the cost of 7 markers?

What this looks like to me is a simple equation 4m= 7.04 m is marker. Divide BOTH sides by 4 we get 1.76. But we need the price of 7 markers, so 7 * 1.76 is 12.32. I hope I am helpful
