My point of view on the skinny on low-fat diets is that I belive they are proud of there bodies and I belive that, that is fine todays society should be more bodie types and also more confidents weither your are a man. woman, boy, or girl it is okay to like how you look and if you want to stay skinner cuby that fine as long as you love your self and you do it for you I think its your bodie your choice
