I have a massive rock weighing 3,000 Newtons but I can only accelerate it to 500 m/s2 what is its mass?

F is Force(newtons)

m is mass(kg)

a is acceleration(m/s^2)

Plug in the numbers

3000 = m(500)

divide both sides by 500 to cancel out the 500.

3000/500=6

6 = m
