e- 75/6 = 61/2
e- 12.5 = 30.5
e = 30.5 + 12.5
e = 43

e-75/6=61/2              (to combine the fractions the denominators need to be  

e-75/6=183/6              equal so 2 by 3 is 6 so 61 by 3 is 183)  

  +75/6= +75/6

e= 258/6= 43
