The equation of a line is normally of the form: y = mx + b ;
where m = slope and b = y int.
m = 10-70/5+15
    = -60/20
    = -3
y = -3x + b
plug in any given point:
10 = -15 + b
b = 25

Therefore: y = -3x+25
