A. Price of Car: 5,750 (the down payment) x 5 (bc 0.20x5 → 100) = 28,750

B. Financed: 28,750 - down payment = 23,000

C. 23,000 x 0.30 = 6,900
23,000 + 6,900 = 29,900 total financed.
