It means "Hush, hush ... my vinyl antennas are detecting the presence of the enemy" or "Silence, silence... my vinyl antennas are detecting the presence of the enemy"

               That, in english, would mean the following:               
"Hush, hush...my little vinyl antennas are detecting the presence of the enemy"
