How do I find zeros and multiplicities

You can use the Ruffini's rule. The answer using this method is,
[tex](x-3) (x+4)^2 (6 + x^2)[/tex]
And you can see that the multiplicity of the zero x=-4 is 2, and the multiplicity of the zero x=+3 is 1.
