okay so first step is you set them equal to each other to find x!!
so 4x + 13 = 6x + 19
then solve; so subtract 4 from both side and get 13 = 2x + 19
then subtract 19 from both sides and get -6 = 2x
then divide 2 by both side and get x = -3
then you have to plug x = -3 back in to find y, it doesn’t matter which equation!!
so you do y = 4(-3) + 13 and solve that and you get y = 1
