As lines are parallel, slope would be same.
So, y = 3x - 4
Here, slope (m) = 3

Now, calculation for b,
7 = 3(1) + b
b = 7 - 3
b = 4

So, Your Final Answer & equation would be: y = 3x + 4

Hope this helps!
