  • People get a say in who becomes judge.
  • its could be Biased
  • appointment could be corrupt.

The president nominates a judges but the Congress decides whether to approve the nominated judge or not.

The bad consequence of election of judges outweigh the appointment, therefore, the practice of appointing judge is done today.
