Answer:

Shiny objects don't absorb heat as well as dull objects. Shiny objects reflect heat or they reflect more heat then absorb it. So the heat thats being hit on a shiny object is being reflected instead of being absorbed. Dull objects are better at aborbing heat. So that makes dull objects heat up faster than shiny objects, since shiny reflects more and dull doesn't as much.
