How many times as heavy is the golden eagle as the red tailed hawk?

The male golden eagle is around 3.6 kg whereas the female is around 5.1 kg.

The red-tailed hawk, however, is around 2 kg. Both male and female.

So, for males; Difference is around 1.6 kg. For females; Around 3.1 kg.
