The ship that was intercepted was found to be full of North Korean people with vast weaponry inside. The Yemen government claimed that the ship was theirs and that the United States and Spain did not have the right to intercept it since they weren't doing anything wrong. Eventually they were released with assurances that Yemen would keep the things inside.
