I'm assuming here that the blank = at the end means just do that one end with out transferring stuff to the other side. If not, tell me and I'll give you the answer for that. But to simplify that, you distribute the - sign. Think of it like -1(4x+6y-9) where you multiply every number in the equation by -1. So, simplified, it is
-4x-6y+9. Hope that helps:)
