Pretty simple, this is the standard form formula
Ax+By=C
heres the answer
7x+2y=3

[tex]3-2y=7x [/tex] 

[tex] \dfrac{3-2y}{7} = x [/tex] 

[tex]x=\dfrac{3-2y}{7} [/tex] 

Formula for standard form : [tex]Ax+By=C[/tex]
