Advantage: The Native Americans benefited from contact with Europeans. Europeans brought with them domestic animals like horses, cows, and pigs.
Disadvantage: The Europeans had armor that made the Native Americans arrows bounce off and have no impact. The Europeans also rode on horses that made the explorers much faster than members of their tribe, as well as diseases which killed a lot of Native Americans over time.
