f(x) = 9x - 2
g(x) = -x + 3

f(g(x)) = 9(-x + 3) - 2
f(g(x)) = 9(-x) + 9(3) - 2
f(g(x)) = -9x + 27 - 2
f(g(x)) = -9x + 25
