The language wihch is
not spoken in mainland Europe is Manx. It is used in an small island called
Isle of man. It is even out of used.
Livonian was spoken in Latvia and its last native speaker
died in 2013.
Breton is spoken in Brittany
Basque is spoken in Basque Country in Spain.
