The language which is not spoken in mainland Europe is Manx. It is used in a small island called Isle of man. It is even out of used.
*Livonian was spoken in Latvia and its last native speaker died in 2013.
*Breton is spoken in Brittany
*Basque is spoken in Basque Country in Spain.
