x-intercept of -2  (-2,0)
y-intercept of 1   (0,1)

slope =(1-0)/(0+2) = 1/2
b = y-intercept = 1

so equation (y = mx + b , in this case m = 1/2, b = 1)
y = 1/2x + 1

answer
B.y = 1/2x + 1
