Hi there, Emma. Well, This asking for you to turn it into an expression. A "quotient" is division, and "twice a number" is meaning multiply by 2. When it says "a number" we can use a variable, such as T in this equation. So now we can tell that the equation would be 2 · T ÷ 12 = ?  I hope I helped!! :D
