Okay so I'm not 100% sure because the question is not shown what you need to do, but I think you need to reduce the fraction.
[tex] \frac{(x-3)(x+3)}{x*(-3)} [/tex]
when you reduce it your answer should come to
[tex] \frac{x+3}{x} [/tex]
