X=3+2y
X+y=39
3+2y+y=39
3y=39-3=36
Y= 12,x= 3+2*12=27

(X+3)^2-x^2=39  x^2+6X+9-x^2=39 6x+9=39. 6x=30 x =5 x+3=8
