I believe the answer is direct democracy
In direct democracy, people are directly involved in choosing which regulations shall be passed by the government.
for comparison, our current democracy is considerd indirect because people in united states can't choose the regulations directly BUT we can choose the representative who held a certain value that most likely create the regulation that we want.
