In its simplest form, an analysis is when you examine something. An analysis ESSAY is when you put that examination into words. You're going to need an intro (which includes a brief background on the issue you're talking about and your thesis), at least 3 body paragraphs (where you will support your thesis), and a conclusion (your wrap up and your So What?) Your "So What?" is what can make or break your essay because it's the last thought you leave the reader with. Good luck!
