No.  An integer is a "whole number".  If you write an integer as a decimal,
then all the digits to the right of the decimal point have to be zeros.

72.0000000000 is an integer.

72.0000000001 is not an integer.

an integer is a whole number and not a fraction. 3.050050005 is a fraction so it is not a integer :)
