Given the function f(x)= 2x-5 and g(x)= 2x+8. Which of the following would describe the transformation that changes f(x) into g(x)?

Hi there!

The slope of both lines is the same (2). We need to transformate f(x) 13 upwards to get g(x).

f(x) = 2x - 5
g(x) = 2x - 5 + 13 = 2x + 8
