sine is an odd function, meaning that sin(-x)=-sin(x)  ∀ x ∈ R.
=>
sin(-t)-sin(t)=-sin(t)-sin(t)=-2sin(t)=-2a

so lets look at it this way sin(-t)-sin(t)=-sin(t)-sin(t)=-2
do u get it?
so the answer to this is going to be no other than
