(3, 3π/2)
(3π/2)--------> 270°
the Cartesian coordinates of the point are
x=r*cos 270
°------> 3*cos 270°-----> 3*0------> 0
y=r*sin 270°-------> 3*sin 270°-----> 3*(-1)----> -3

the answer is
(0,-3)
