What is 0.2 repeating as a fraction or mixed number in simplest form?

If the 2s keep going forever and never end, then the whole thing
is the same as 2/9 .

Every mixed number is bigger than ' 1 ', but 2/9 or 0.2....... is less than ' 1 ',
so there's nothing you can do to it to make it a mixed number.
